XMM Network Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

This free wireless Internet service (the “XMM Network”) is provided by Xposure Mobile Marketing (“XMM Network”, “we”) together with the venue you are visiting. By tapping Continue to Internet, I Accept, or an advertisement's button that connects you (for example “Directions” or “Visit website”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

• Access is free, offered as-is and as-available, and may be limited in time (normally 90 minutes per sign-in) and speed. You may sign in again when a session ends.
• The sign-in page shows advertisements from local businesses. You never have to view an ad to get online.
• We may refuse, suspend or end access at any time, for example to protect the network.
• The network is open and unencrypted between your device and the Wi-Fi equipment. Use secure (https) websites and apps for anything private.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the XMM Network:

• for anything illegal, including copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, or the theft or unauthorised transmission of funds, card data or personal information;
• to break the security of any network, service or device (hacking, port scanning, denial of service, malware, or using systems without authorisation), including the venue's own network;
• to send threats, harassment, defamation, or obscene, abusive or harmful material, or material inappropriate for children to children;
• to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• in a way that harms the XMM Network's reputation, breaks another provider's rules, or disrupts other guests;
• to attempt any of the above, whether or not it succeeds.

4. Third-party content and links

Advertisements, coupons and linked websites belong to the businesses that provide them. Offers are made by those businesses, not by XMM Network or the venue, and are subject to their own terms. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products or services.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. XMM Network, the venue and their affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or for the conduct of any other user.

6. Privacy

We do not ask for your name, email or phone number. How we count visits and ad views without identifying you is explained in the privacy notice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on the sign-in page applies to that sign-in.
